Perez Technology CEO Carlos Perez named 40u40 by the Orlando Business Journal

Carlos Perez responded to the increase in cyber threats by developing a proactive strategic business initiative to extend his cybersecurity services and artificial intelligence offerings in 2022.

As a result, the CEO of Perez Technology Group’s cybersecurity and AI services increased from representing 25% to now more than 75% of the business. This adapting of his business to the changing marketplace directly resulted in record sales for his company, which posted 60% growth in year-over-year revenue in 2022 versus 2021. Plus, the firm expanded with several international clients.

However, his biggest accomplishment in 2022 wasn’t business related, he said: “I married the love of my life.”

How do you combat feelings of self-doubt?

I remind myself of the sacrifices my parents made for my siblings and me, how they never allowed their self-doubt to stop them from providing us with a better future.
